Product description
Gordal means "the fat one" in Spanish and describes these juicy olives perfectly. Big, meaty and incredibly moreish, these pitted olives come with a gentle kick from the guindilla chili in the marinade. The Gordal olive is similar in taste and texture to the Manzanilla and is produced exclusively for eating rather than pressing due to its low oil content. Serve alongside paper thin slices of dried meat for the perfect plate of antipasto.
